In response to its commitment to Society, Bergner Europe is a member of
the amfori which guarantees the application of a specific code of conduct
in its relations with its suppliers and its commitment to the achievement of
this common international objective to improve working conditions in the
world.
The amfori aims to achieve the fulfilment of certain social and environmental
standards, in compliance with the ILO agreements, the Universal Declaration
of Human Rights of the United Nations, the United Nations Convention on
the Rights of the Child and the elimination of every form of discrimination
against women, the UN Global Compact and the OECD Guidelines for
Multinational Enterprises and other relevant internationally recognised
agreements.
